New: M:Science V5 Service Release 1 has been released
August 2004
We have now released the greatly anticipated update to SMS Server V5. This version adds extra features & functionality as well as providing fixes to known issues.
- It is now possible to configure a backup to the IP transport in the form of GSM or PSTN. Should the IP connection be disrupted for any reason then the backup transport will take over and send the current message.
- New examples and tooling included for .NET inbound plugins.
- There is now a configurable option to add a localised timestamp to the message body of the outgoing SMS.
- Turn-off outbound message delay notification. Users may wish to turn off or alter the interval for outbound message delay email notifications.
